Home Delivery

  • HCT Logistics (Available for Taiwan main island and offshore islands)

Convenience Store Pickup

  • 7-ELEVEN

  • FamilyMart
     (Available for Taiwan main island and offshore island store locations)

Shipping Information

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Home Delivery: approximately 1–3 business days

    • Convenience Store Pickup: approximately 3–5 business days
       Actual delivery timing may vary depending on the logistics provider.

  • Specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed. Please provide an address where the package can be successfully received.

  • For convenience store pickup orders, the recipient name must match the name shown on the recipient’s identification document.

  • If a change of delivery address is requested after the order has been shipped, additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping may be delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.

  • For home delivery orders, actual delivery arrangements are subject to the courier’s route and schedule.
