Credit card payments: refunded to the original card
Bank transfer payments: refunded to the designated account
Third-party payments: processed according to the payment platform’s procedures
Actual refund timing may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
5. Shipping & Unclaimed Packages
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect shipping information
Failure to receive the package
Unclaimed convenience store pickup orders
additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Customers with repeated unclaimed orders or malicious order behavior may have future orders restricted or canceled.
